The Nurse's Therapist

I am a trauma therapist specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Dialectical Behavioral, and Ego State therapies. Although I’ve been a community therapist since 2012, my focus shifted almost exclusively to nursing students and Registered Nurses over the past four years. Providing intensive care to this population opened my eyes to the traumatic and stressful experiences of nurses, particularly those at the bedside. I believe you deserve a counselor who understands the unique challenges you face in healthcare. More than this, you deserve a counselor that is armed with the skills to help you.
